It makes your skin rough and increases lines on the face and dark circles under your eyes. Thus to look beautiful you should have proper sleep at a proper time.
There are some other life-threatening diseases that can happen because of lack of sleep. These include high blood pressure, diabetes, strokes, heart attacks, etc. Not only this, sleep deprivation affects the entire life of an individual. It also reduces your starvation. So due to reducing starvation, you won't eat properly and thus you won't get proper nutrition. This directly affects your body's functioning and will make you sick.
Lack of sleep will affect your driving activity too. You are not fresh. You lose your attention while driving and consequently hit the other car or somewhere else. Car accidents can eventually take your life.
Thus for a healthy lifestyle, one must take proper sleep of at least eight hours. According to the studies, average sleep hours for a normal person. And if they don't get it, they will have to face serious issues regarding health and social involvement. Also, getting proper sleep is not enough. Getting proper sleep at a proper time is needed.
